The invention provides a constant-current and constant-voltage battery charging system for a lightweight underwater vehicle, and belongs to the technical field of underwater wireless charging. The system comprises a power supply control module, an inverter module, a primary side topology module and a secondary side topology module. According to the invention, the switching circuit of the S-S topology and the LCC-S topology is designed at the primary side, so that the constant current-constant voltage dual-mode switching of underwater wireless charging and the high efficiency of underwater wireless charging in a wide load range are realized.
