The invention discloses a low-altitude airspace channel setting method for an urban air traffic scene, and relates to the technical field of airspace channels, and the method comprises the steps: collecting the operation data of an aircraft in real time, subdividing the flight height layer of the aircraft, and preliminarily dividing the urban airspace; the method comprises the following steps: forming aircraft trajectory sequence data based on trajectory data, performing trajectory sequence point mapping, calculating the similarity of aircraft trajectories by using a DTW algorithm, and performing clustering analysis on DTW similarity data by using a density peak clustering DPC algorithm. According to the method, density analysis is carried out on a DTW similarity matrix through DPC clustering, a density peak value in a track is found to serve as a clustering center, a highly flexible clustering mechanism is formed, efficient division of the airspace is achieved through further airspace division, and the clustering accuracy is improved based on a clustering analysis result and input state space data. The DDPG model can dynamically predict the maximum number of aircrafts which can be accommodated in the current airspace and optimize the real-time path planning of the aircrafts.

    本发明公开了一种面向城市空中交通场景的低空空域航道划设方法,涉及空域航道技术领域,包括实时采集飞行器的运行数据,细分飞行器飞行高度层,初步进行城市空域划分;基于轨迹数据,组成飞行器轨迹序列数据,进行轨迹序列点映射,使用DTW算法计算飞行器轨迹的相似度,采用密度峰值聚类DPC算法,对DTW相似度数据进行聚类分析。本发明所述方法通过DPC聚类通过对DTW相似度矩阵进行密度分析,找到轨迹中的密度峰值作为聚类中心,形成高度灵活的聚类机制,通过进一步的空域划分,实现了空域的高效划分,基于聚类分析结果和输入的状态空间数据,DDPG模型可以动态预测当前空域中可容纳的飞行器最大数量,并对飞行器的实时路径规划进行优化。
