The invention discloses a bottom-attaching reciprocating type sewage pool desilting system and method.The sewage pool desilting system comprises a desilting ROV robot, the bottom of the desilting ROV robot is connected with a bottom-attaching type suction module through two traction arms, a suction opening of the bottom-attaching type suction module is connected with a suction pipe, a suction pump is arranged on the suction pipe, and the bottom of the bottom-attaching type suction module is connected with a water pump; the tail end of the suction pipe is fixed in the sewage filtering tank; a jet orifice at the front end of the bottom-attached suction module is connected with a jet pipe, a centrifugal pump is arranged on the jet pipe, a high-pressure jet nozzle is mounted on the jet orifice of the bottom-attached suction module, and the high-pressure jet nozzle is controlled by an electromagnetic valve and used for accurately adjusting water pressure and flow, effectively washing sludge at the bottom of a sewage pool and quickly loosening sediments. The operation time is shortened, and the operation cost is reduced; therefore, the bottom-attached suction module can be tightly attached to the water bottom of the sewage pool, comprehensive contact and scouring dredging of sediments are ensured, and the safety and efficiency of dredging operation are remarkably improved.
本发明公开了一种贴底往复式的污水池清淤系统及方法,该污水池清淤系统包括清淤ROV机器人,清淤ROV机器人底部通过2个牵引臂连接贴底式抽吸模块,贴底式抽吸模块的抽吸口连接有抽吸管,抽吸管上设置有抽吸泵,且抽吸管末端固定在污水过滤池内;贴底式抽吸模块前端的射流口连接有射流管,射流管上设置有离心泵,贴底式抽吸模块的射流口安装有高压射流喷嘴,高压射流喷嘴通过电磁阀控制,用于精确调节水压和流量,对污水池底部的淤泥进行有效冲刷,能快速松动沉积物,以便抽吸模块抽吸,减少作业时间和成本;因此本发明采用贴底式抽吸模块设计能够紧密贴合污水池水底,确保对沉积物的全面接触和冲刷清淤,显著提升了清淤作业的安全性和效率。
