The invention discloses a method and a device for correcting the generated power of a range-extended vehicle and a range-extended mine truck. The method for correcting the generated power of the range-extended vehicle comprises the following steps: acquiring the operation altitude of the vehicle; obtaining a current vehicle battery electric quantity value according to the vehicle operation altitude; acquiring a vehicle downhill energy recovery electric quantity value according to the vehicle operation altitude; acquiring the maximum limit value of the battery power; and correcting the generated power of the vehicle according to the current vehicle electric quantity value, the vehicle downhill energy recovery electric quantity value and the battery electric quantity maximum limit value. The generated power of the vehicle is correspondingly corrected through the vehicle operation altitude, the current vehicle battery electric quantity value, the vehicle downhill energy recovery electric quantity value and the battery electric quantity maximum limit value, so that the problem that the battery electric quantity is too low or too high or the battery process is caused is solved, and the vehicle running reliability and safety are improved.
