The invention discloses a drive-by-wire electronic mechanical braking system, a redundant braking system and a using method, the drive-by-wire electronic mechanical braking system comprises a pedal feeling simulator of the braking system and a vehicle, when electronic mechanical braking fails, an electronic control unit observes the braking failure condition, then an electromagnetic valve in a hydraulic braking actuator is opened through a braking line, and the braking failure condition is simulated; the brake fluid in the brake master cylinder is injected into the hydraulic pipeline under the action of pedal force and then enters the hydraulic brake actuator for redundant brake. The brake system has a stable brake redundancy function, the defect that a traditional drive-by-wire electronic mechanical brake system is insufficient in redundant brake is overcome, meanwhile, complicated hydraulic pipelines of an electronic hydraulic system are reduced, and the brake system has wide application prospects.

    本发明公开一种线控电子机械制动系统、冗余制动系统及使用方法、包括制动系统的踏板感觉模拟器和车辆,当电子机械制动失效时,由电子控制单元观测到制动失效情况,再通过制动线路打开液压制动执行器中的电磁阀,制动主缸里的制动液受到踏板力的作用下注入液压管路再进入到液压制动执行器中,进行冗余制动。本发明的制动系统具有稳定的制动冗余功能,避免了传统线控电子机械制动系统冗余制动不足的缺点,同时减少电子液压系统繁杂的液压管路,具有广阔的应用前景。
