A locomotive pantograph lifting method comprises the following steps that (1) a cab key lifting switch group inputs a pantograph lifting instruction to a mechanical room network module DXM; (2) the inter-machine network module DXM acquires whether pantograph rising conditions meet requirements or not through an information acquisition module; (3) the CCU system receives pantograph rising condition information collected by the machine room network module DXM and rechecks whether pantograph rising conditions meet requirements or not to the machine room network module DXM; (4) the mechanical room network module DXM outputs a pantograph rising instruction to a pantograph rising electromagnetic valve; and (5) when the air pressure of the total air system is greater than 650KPa, the pantograph rising electromagnetic valve is closed, and the pantograph pipeline system is charged with air to enable the pantograph to rise. The accident that a high-voltage contact network discharges electricity to the ground after pantograph rising due to the fact that a locomotive operator does not check the position of a high-voltage grounding switch is solved; and the fault finding time of the main circuit breaker which cannot be closed is reduced.
