The lips (25, 26) are formed such that a bending point (29) at which the lips (25, 26) bend when the lips (25, 26) are elastically deformed by sliding with the window glass (14) when the window glass (14) is moved up and down is located on the root side of the lips (25, 26). In the surface of the lip section (25, 26), a first covering section (31) having a lower coefficient of friction than the lip section (25, 26) is formed on the tip side of the lip section (25, 26) with respect to the bending point (29), and a second covering section (31) is formed on the surface of the appearance section (27, 28) from the bending point (29) of the lip section (25, 26) or from the position of the lip section (25, 26) on the tip side with respect to the bending point (29) of the lip section (25, 26). A second covering portion (32) having a friction coefficient smaller than that of the lips (25, 26) is formed. The first coating portion (31) is formed to be harder than the second coating portion (32).
