Comprising the following contents; establishing a two-way single-lane simulation road network, and arranging a signal lamp and a visual identification unit at an entrance lane of a reconstruction and extension construction area of the simulation road network; an intelligent agent based on a deep reinforcement learning algorithm D3QN-PER is constructed; in the environment of the simulation road network, the intelligent agent is trained based on a reward function, and the reward function is based on the number of vehicles running at the speed lower than the set running speed in the last time step in the reconstruction and extension construction area; and regulating and controlling traffic control signal lamps of the reconstruction and extension construction area through the trained intelligent agent, and selecting an optimal signal lamp state for output. According to the method, after the simulation environment is established, the positions and the motion states of the vehicles are considered, the intelligent agent is trained by reducing the number of the vehicles running at a low speed in the reconstruction and extension construction area, and the vehicles in the two-way single lane are guided to pass.
本发明提出了一种智能双向单车道改扩建信号管控方法和系统,属于道路交通规划技术领域;包括如下内容;建立双向单车道的仿真路网,在仿真路网的改扩建施工区进口道处设置信号灯和视觉识别单元;构建基于深度强化学习算法D3QN‑PER的智能体;在所述仿真路网的环境下,基于奖励函数对所述智能体进行训练,其中,所述奖励函数基于在改扩建施工区域内上一时间步骤中的以低于设定行驶车速行驶的车辆数;通过训练好的智能体,对所述改扩建施工区的交通管控信号灯进行调控,选择最优的信号灯状态进行输出。本方法建立仿真环境后,考虑车辆的位置和运动状态,并以减少在改扩建施工区低速行驶的车辆数训练智能体,引导双向单车道内的车辆通行。
