The invention discloses an electric vehicle road section energy consumption distribution and prediction method. The method comprises the following steps: constructing a vehicle travel information data set; performing similarity classification on the vehicle tracks to obtain a vehicle track similarity classification result, selecting a prediction path according to the vehicle track similarity classification result, and obtaining all data on the prediction path; the prediction path is divided into a plurality of branch road sections, elevation information of each branch road section is extracted, and an energy consumption distribution value of each branch road section is determined and analyzed; based on the energy consumption distribution value, key influence factors of road section energy consumption are explored, a quantifiable feature data set is constructed, an energy consumption prediction model based on a machine learning algorithm is constructed according to the quantifiable feature data set, the precision of the energy consumption prediction model is evaluated, and the energy consumption prediction model with the highest precision is selected for electric vehicle road section energy consumption distribution and prediction. Accurate energy consumption prediction can be provided for an energy management system of the electric vehicle, and a driver is helped to reasonably plan a route and save energy.
本发明公开了一种电动汽车路段能耗分配及预测方法,包括:构建车辆出行信息数据集;对车辆轨迹进行相似性分类,获得车辆轨迹相似性分类结果,通过车辆轨迹相似性分类结果选择预测路径,获取预测路径上的所有数据;将预测路径划分为若干分路段,提取每个分路段的高程信息,确定各分路段的能耗分配值并进行分析;基于能耗分配值,探究路段能耗的关键影响因素,构建可量化特征数据集,根据可量化特征数据集构建基于机器学习算法的能耗预测模型,并对能耗预测模型精度进行评估,选择精度最高的能耗预测模型进行电动汽车路段能耗分配及预测。本发明可以为电动汽车的能源管理系统提供准确的能耗预测,帮助驾驶员合理规划路线和节约能源。
