The other end of the mounting frame is in transmission connection with the brake mechanism through a reverse rotation mechanism; the accelerator mechanism and the brake mechanism are arranged, and the forward rotation mechanism and the reverse rotation mechanism are combined to drive the accelerator swing arm to rotate forwards to control the accelerator pressing rod to press down the accelerator pedal when the driving motor rotates forwards; when the driving motor rotates reversely, the braking swing arm is driven to rotate forwards to control the braking pressing rod to press the braking pedal downwards, and when the driving motor rotates reversely, the forward rotation mechanism is disconnected with the driving motor to enable the accelerator swing arm to rotate reversely and return under the action of the reset piece, so that control over the accelerator swing arm and the braking swing arm is achieved, and the linkage performance is high; and the applicability of the device is effectively improved.

    本发明公开一种车辆油门制动设备,涉及汽车试验技术领域,包括安装架,设于安装架上的制动机构,设于安装架上的油门机构,设于安装架内的驱动电机,其一端通过正转机构与油门机构传动连接,其另一端通过反转机构与制动机构传动连接,以及设于安装架两侧内的复位件;本申请设置油门机构和制动机构,并结合正转机构和反转机构来实现驱动电机正转时,驱动油门摆臂正转来控制油门压杆来对油门踏板进行下压工作;当驱动电机反转时,驱动制动摆臂正转来控制制动压杆来对制动踏板进行下压工作,且驱动电机反转时,正转机构与驱动电机断连接来使油门摆臂在复位件的作用下反转回位,以实现油门摆臂和制动摆臂的控制,联动性高,有效提高本装置的适用性。
