The invention discloses a numerical control crane with a grabbing assembly. The numerical control crane comprises a crane guide rail and a grabbing mechanism. A movable frame is installed in the crane guide rail, the lower side of the movable frame is rotationally connected with a crane base through a second rotating shaft, and two first sliding grooves which are transversely and symmetrically distributed are formed in the lower side of the crane base; and the grabbing mechanism comprises two transverse moving frames, a longitudinal moving seat, a third rotating shaft and a grabbing seat, and the two transverse moving frames are slidably connected between the two first sliding grooves. According to the numerical control crane with the grabbing assembly, through a transmission element, the grabbing angle of the grabbing part can be independently adjusted according to the shape of an object; the device is simple in structure and convenient to use, the article traveling crane grabbing part of the device can conduct transverse closing and longitudinal closing grabbing on articles, the article traveling crane grabbing modes of the device are various, the device is suitable for traveling crane grabbing of articles of different shapes, meanwhile, the device can conduct traveling crane rotation and longitudinal position movement on the traveling crane articles through the transmission element, and the device is suitable for different traveling crane operation environments.
