The invention provides a frame edge positioning and pressing device. The frame edge positioning and pressing device mainly comprises a supporting seat, a supporting plate, a rotating shaft, a supporting arm, an anti-falling plate, a sliding block, a stud, a pressing block, a handle, a positioning plug pin and a plurality of measuring bushings. The supporting plate is of an integral structure, the number of parts is reduced, design efficiency is improved, and manufacturing and mounting difficulty is lowered. The rotating shaft is connected with the supporting seat, and the supporting arm is connected with the rotating shaft through a hole in the square structure of the supporting arm, so that the supporting arm can rotate by 360 degrees around the rotating shaft; the sliding block can slide in the supporting arm along the long-strip-shaped hole in the supporting arm; the stud penetrates through the sliding block, so that the stud can move along the long-strip-shaped hole, and reachability of all positions within the range of rotation of the supporting arm and movement of the sliding block is achieved.
