The invention provides a control method of an air conditioning unit and the air conditioning unit.     本发明提出了一种空调机组的控制方法及空调机组,所述空调机组有多个送风口,舱室从上至下分为多个区域,且每个区域至少连通一个所述送风口,控制方法包括步骤:所述舱室的温度或者湿度不满足使用要求,调整舱室位于中间区域的目标温度或者目标湿度,并以中间区域的目标温度或者目标湿度为基准进行补偿来设置其他区域的目标温度或者目标湿度;控制各个区域的送风口的风阀开度使各个区域检测到温度接近或者等于目标温度。本发明通过将舱室进行分区,并对每个区域进行送风控制,使舱室内的温度控制更加精准。并通过冷凝器出风侧温度以及蒸发器出风侧湿度进行修正,提高机组的控温控湿效率。
