The hardness-adjustable bicycle front fork comprises a vertical pipe, a connecting pipe is arranged at the bottom of the vertical pipe, a connecting piece is welded to the bottom end of the vertical pipe, the end, away from the vertical pipe, of the connecting piece is embedded in the inner wall of the connecting pipe, and an adjusting mechanism is arranged on the inner wall of the bottom of the connecting pipe.
