The telescopic mechanism comprises a connecting sleeve and a connecting plate, and the connecting plate can move along the connecting sleeve and has a position locking function; the monitoring unit comprises a shell, a controller and a lens; the lens is integrally provided with a laser emission module and an image acquisition module; the laser emission module is used for irradiating laser on the backflow rail; the image acquisition module is used for carrying out photographing and image acquisition on the backflow rail irradiated by the laser and transmitting an image to the controller; the controller comprises a signal receiving module, a preprocessing module, an algorithm processing module, an image display module and a data storage module; the cleaning mechanism is configured to complete circulating cleaning of the lens in a preset time; manual operation is not needed, time and labor are saved, meanwhile, comprehensive detection can be achieved, and the inspection efficiency of the backflow rail can be better improved.
