The electrochromic membrane comprises a central part and an edge part adjacent to the central part, and the edge part is electrically connected with a bus bar; at least partial area of the edge part is provided with a blocking part, and conduction of current of the bus bar from the blocking part to the central part is blocked or reduced through the blocking part. The blocking part is correspondingly arranged in the partial area of the edge of the electrochromic membrane, and the current of the bus bar is blocked or reduced from being conducted to the central part of the electrochromic membrane from the blocking part through the blocking part, so that the current is prevented from being directly conducted to the conductive layer of the central part from the conductive layer provided with the blocking part; or the current conducted from the conducting layer provided with the blocking part to the conducting layer of the central part is reduced, so that the failure caused by over-charging or over-discharging in the corner area of the electrochromic diaphragm is avoided, the stability and the uniformity of the electric field intensity of the electrochromic diaphragm are improved, and the service life of the electrochromic diaphragm is prolonged.
