The invention discloses a wheel end active lubricating device. In the wheel end active lubricating device, an axle housing comprises a driving cavity and a connecting cavity which are communicated with each other; the wheel end part is located at the end part of the axle housing, the wheel end part comprises an oil storage cavity communicated with the connecting cavity and a speed reducing mechanism at least partially located in the oil storage cavity, and the speed reducing mechanism is connected with the half shaft extending to the driving cavity; the oil disc is arranged in the connecting cavity in a sealed mode, an inner hole is formed in the oil disc, the half shaft penetrates through the inner hole, and an oil passing gap is reserved between the half shaft and the inner hole. The oil supply part comprises an oil supply channel and a driving part which are in driving connection, an inlet of the oil supply channel is communicated with lubricating oil in the driving cavity, an outlet of the oil supply channel is communicated with the through hole in the oil disc, or the outlet of the oil supply channel is formed in the inner wall, located on the oil disc and facing the wheel end, of the connecting cavity so that oil can be supplied to the wheel end under driving of the driving part. Lubricating oil is actively provided for the wheel end, the lubricating effect of parts in the wheel end is kept, and meanwhile the problem that the temperature of the lubricating oil at the wheel end is too high is solved.

    本申请公开了一种轮端主动润滑装置。轮端主动润滑装置中,桥壳包括相连通的驱动腔和连接腔;轮端部位于桥壳的端部,轮端部包括与连接腔相连通的储油腔和至少部分位于储油腔内的减速机构,减速机构与延伸至驱动腔的半轴相连接;油盘密封设置在连接腔内,油盘上开设有内孔,半轴穿设过内孔并与内孔之间留有过油间隙;供油部包括驱动连接的供油通道和驱动部,供油通道的入口与驱动腔内的润滑油相连通,供油通道的出口与油盘上的通孔相连通,或供油通道的出口设置在连接腔位于油盘上朝向轮端部一侧的内壁上,以在驱动部的驱动下向轮端部供油。本申请对轮端部主动提供润滑油,保持轮端部内部件的润滑效果,同时改善轮端部的润滑油温度过高的问题。
