The anti-inclination mechanism comprises a base, a micro motor, a transmission gear, a double-rotation-direction lead screw, a left bearing sliding block, a right bearing sliding block, a guide rail, a left rubber coating roller, a right rubber coating roller and other components. The micro motor drives the transmission gear to further drive the double-rotation-direction screw rod to rotate, so that the left bearing sliding block and the right bearing sliding block which are mounted on the screw rod are symmetrically translated; a left rubber-coated roller and a right rubber-coated roller are respectively fixed on the left bearing sliding block and the right bearing sliding block, and when the sliding blocks move to a preset position, the left rubber-coated roller and the right rubber-coated roller are in contact with the track to provide anti-inclination support; in a contraction state, the left rubber-coated roller and the right rubber-coated roller are separated from the track, so that the traveling smoothness of the crown block is guaranteed; the method can ensure that the OHT crown block can still keep the horizontal posture when the load changes or the gravity center shifts, so that the running safety and reliability of the OHT crown block are improved.
