A supporting column is fixedly connected to the adjusting plate, the supporting column is in sliding connection with the fixed supporting plate, and the supporting column can penetrate through the fixed supporting plate to extend out; and a telescopic mechanism is arranged between the adjusting plate and the fixed supporting plate. The spherical hinge connection is adopted, so that the movable supporting plate has a certain degree of freedom, the movable supporting plate can be better attached to the bottom of the vehicle, and the parallelism between the movable supporting plate and the bottom of the vehicle is guaranteed.
