The server acquires a departure point of the electric vehicle and a current remaining power amount of a storage battery provided in the electric vehicle, estimates a power consumption amount when the electric vehicle moves from the departure point to each of a plurality of grid regions obtained by dividing the map, and determines a power consumption amount of the electric vehicle on the basis of the current remaining power amount and the power consumption amount. The amount of power remaining after movement when the electric vehicle moves from the departure point to each of the plurality of mesh regions is calculated, and an image is generated in which the color or brightness in a rendering region formed by connecting representative points of the four mesh regions changes in stages in accordance with the amount of power remaining after movement. Information obtained by superimposing the generated image on a map is output.
