The invention provides a Hall motor stalling judgment method and a steering column adjusting motor, and the method comprises the steps: detecting a Hall output signal, corresponding to reverse rotation, of a Hall motor when the Hall output signal, corresponding to forward rotation, of the Hall motor is not changed; if the Hall output signal, corresponding to the reverse rotation, of the Hall motor changes, it is determined that the Hall output signal of the Hall motor is output normally, and it is determined that the Hall motor is in a forward locked-rotor state when the Hall output signal, corresponding to the forward rotation, of the Hall motor is not changed; and if the Hall output signal, corresponding to the reverse rotation, of the Hall motor is not changed, determining that the Hall output signal of the Hall motor is lost. According to the above configuration, by monitoring the change condition of the Hall output signal of the Hall motor corresponding to forward and reverse bidirectional rotation, the loss of the Hall output signal and the real locked-rotor state can be distinguished, and the accuracy and robustness of locked-rotor judgment are effectively improved.
本发明提供一种霍尔电机堵转判断方法及转向柱调节电机,所述霍尔电机堵转判断方法包括:在霍尔电机对应于正向转动的霍尔输出信号不变时,检测所述霍尔电机对应于反向转动的霍尔输出信号;若所述霍尔电机对应于反向转动的霍尔输出信号存在变化,则确定所述霍尔电机的霍尔输出信号输出正常,且确定所述霍尔电机对应于正向转动的霍尔输出信号不变时处于正向堵转状态;若所述霍尔电机对应于反向转动的霍尔输出信号亦不变,则确定所述霍尔电机的霍尔输出信号丢失。如此配置,通过霍尔电机对应于正向和反向双向转动的霍尔输出信号的变化情况的监测,可以区分霍尔输出信号丢失与真实的堵转状态,有效提高了堵转判断的准确性和鲁棒性。
