The invention relates to a wing longitudinal folding mechanism which comprises an inner wing, an outer wing and a driving device fixed to the side close to a fuselage. The inner wing is in shaft connection with the outer wing; the inner wing comprises a main body support frame, an inner wing upper dimensional surface and an inner wing lower dimensional surface; the driving device drives the outer wing, the inner wing upper dimensional surface and the inner wing lower dimensional surface at the same time through a connecting rod assembly, and the outer wing is longitudinally folded to the position between the inner wing upper dimensional surface and the inner wing lower dimensional surface. According to the wing/missile wing folding and unfolding mechanism, the inner wing dimensional surface shares the wing unfolding driving force, a driving source does not need to be additionally configured, the mechanism is simple and reliable, the space utilization rate is high, the transmission efficiency is high, the influence on the aerodynamic configuration is small, and the wing/missile wing folding and unfolding mechanism can be applied to various unmanned aerial vehicles/missiles through modification.
