The invention provides a double-head passenger ship fresh water system and a double-head passenger ship fresh water tank filling, allocating and cleaning method. In the system, two filling stations of a first ship bow and a second ship bow are communicated with four mutually independent fresh water tanks through pipelines. When the first bow end of the double-head passenger ship arrives at a port, fresh water needs to be injected into three fresh water tanks, and when the other fresh water tank needs to be cleaned, water is injected into the four fresh water tanks at the same time, chemicals are added into one fresh water tank at the same time, pipelines are correspondingly injected after chemicals are added, water tank cleaning is conducted on the fresh water tanks, and after cleaning, the other fresh water tank needs to be cleaned. Opening a drainage pipeline of the cleaned fresh water tank, and starting a fresh water delivery pump to empty and drain into the sea. Therefore, when one fresh water tank is cleaned, the other three fresh water tanks can be continuously filled with fresh water, so that the simultaneous operation of fresh water filling and fresh water tank cleaning is realized. After fresh water filling and fresh water tank cleaning are finished, the fresh water pump can be immediately started for drainage, so that the working efficiency is greatly improved.

    本发明提供一种双头客船淡水系统和双头客船淡水舱加注、调拨、清洗的方法,系统中第一舰艏和第二舰首的两个加注站均与四个相互独立的淡水舱之间连通有管路。当双头客船的第一船艏端靠港时候,需要向其中三个淡水舱加注淡水,另外一个淡水舱需要清洗时候:先同时为四个淡水舱进行注水,一个淡水舱同时进行加药,加药后对应的加注管路,对淡水舱进行水舱清洗,清洗后,打开清洗的淡水舱排水管路,启动淡水输送泵进行清空排海。可见,清洗一个淡水舱的同时,另外三个淡水舱可不间断加注淡水,实现了加注淡水和清洗淡水舱同时作业。淡水加注和淡水舱清洗结束后可立即启动淡水泵进行排水,大大提高了工作效率。
