The invention relates to a dry-type looped network pressure and load arrangement device and method for a floating fan foundation, the device is arranged on a floating box, and the bottom of a fan stand column and the bottom of two non-fan stand columns are each provided with an adjustable ballast tank. A first water injection pipeline and a water return pipeline are arranged between each adjustable ballast tank and the pressure discharge load dry type looped network, a first hydraulic control valve is arranged on each first water injection pipeline, and a discharge load pump is arranged on each water return pipeline; when the posture of the floating fan foundation needs to be adjusted, a first hydraulic control valve of a corresponding first water injection pipeline or/and a load discharge pump of a corresponding water return pipeline are/is controlled; the ballast water is transferred from the pressure discharge load dry type looped network to the adjustable ballast tank of the stand column with less water volume or the ballast water is transferred from the adjustable ballast tank of the stand column with more water volume to the adjustable ballast tank of the stand column with less water volume, so that the balance between the water volume of the ballast water at the bottoms of the fan stand column and the two non-fan stand columns is adjusted. Therefore, the posture of the floating fan foundation can be adjusted.

    本发明涉及一种浮式风机基础的干式环网压排载装置及方法,该装置设置在浮箱上,一个风机立柱和两个非风机立柱的底部分别设置有一个可调压载舱,每个可调压载舱与压排载干式环网之间均配置有一条第一注水管路和一条回水管路,在每条第一注水管路上设置有第一液压控制阀,每条回水管路上设置有一个排载泵;当需要调整浮式风机基础的姿态时,通过控制相应的第一注水管路的第一液压控制阀或/和相应的回水管路的排载泵,从压排载干式环网中调拨压载水至水量少的立柱的可调压载舱或从水量多的立柱的可调压载舱内调拨压载水至水量少的立柱的可调压载舱内,以调节风机立柱和两个非风机立柱的底部的压载水水量之间的平衡,进而实现浮式风机基础姿态的调整。
