And the hydraulic braking system distributes the hydraulic braking force according to the distribution coefficient # imgabs 1 #. By the adoption of the method, a brake system does not need to be transformed, an intelligent driving system does not need to be matched again, only the vehicle brake-by-wire function needs to be flexibly and rapidly matched through the intelligent chassis, a large amount of calibration work of commercial vehicle composite braking is reduced, and the development period is shortened; meanwhile, the driving mileage can be effectively increased, the response speed of a braking system is increased, and the braking characteristic of an original vehicle and the driving habit and braking feeling of a driver are not changed.

    本发明公开一种新能源商用车线控制动系统等效制动力控制方法,涉及新能源车辆线控制动技术领域。基于等效制动力的方法,在智驾系统相同的制动强度请求下,复合制动输出的总制动力与纯机械制动时一致,制动时优先使用电制动力,前后电机的制动力按预分配系数#imgabs0#进行分配,若电制动力不满足制动需求,则由液压制动力弥补,液压制动系统同样按照分配系数#imgabs1#分配液压制动力。采用该方法无需对制动系统进行改造,智驾系统也无需重新匹配,只需通过智能底盘对车辆线控制动功能进行灵活快速匹配,减少了商用车复合制动大量的标定工作,缩短了开发周期;同时可有效增加续驶里程,加快制动系统的响应速度,不改变原车的制动特性和司机驾驶习惯与制动感受。
