The invention relates to the technical field of electric power storage and charging, in particular to an energy storage system health state calculation method, a product, equipment and a medium. The method comprises the steps that an energy storage system is controlled to start discharging, and the cell voltage of the energy storage system, the first output power of a charging pile to an electric vehicle and the second output power of the energy storage system to a liquid cooling system are obtained in real time; obtaining the preset discharge power of the energy storage system, wherein the preset discharge power represents the output power of the energy storage system when the discharge current is the discharge rate; calculating the sum of the first output power and the second output power to obtain total output power, and comparing the total output power with preset discharge power to obtain a comparison result; dynamically adjusting the output of the charging pile based on the comparison result; and when the cell voltage reaches a preset cut-off voltage, determining the discharge duration of the energy storage system, and calculating the health state of the energy storage system based on the discharge duration. The accuracy of calculating the health state of the energy storage system can be improved.
