According to the emergency operation method based on the crane winch, a three-way ball valve is switched to an electric emergency state, so that an emergency electromagnetic valve is powered on, hydraulic oil of a hydraulic oil tank is connected to the winch through the emergency electromagnetic valve, braking of the winch is released, the winch drives a winch load heavy object to descend, and the descending speed is controlled through a throttling valve; if the electric emergency state cannot be started, a manual emergency state is switched through the three-way ball valve, the manual pump is manually opened, hydraulic oil of the hydraulic oil tank is communicated with the winch through the manual pump, brake of the winch is released, the winch drives the winch load weight to descend, and meanwhile the descending speed is controlled through the throttling valve; in this way, under the dual emergency states of electric emergency and manual emergency, it is ensured that the winch can be rapidly controlled to lower the loaded heavy object, and therefore potential safety hazards caused by accidental mistaken touch operation to operators on site are avoided.

    本发明提供一种基于吊机绞车应急操作方法,通过三通球阀打到电动应急状态,使得应急电磁阀得电,从而将液压油箱液压油通过应急电磁阀连接到绞车处,松开绞车的制动,使得绞车带动绞车负载重物下降,并通过节流阀控制下降速度,若电动应急状态无法启动时,则通过三通球阀打到手动应急状态,人为打开手动泵,使得液压油箱液压油通过手动泵与绞车联通,进而松开绞车的制动,使得绞车带动绞车负载重物下降,同时通过节流阀控制下降速度,这样在电动应急和手动应急双重应急状态下,确保能够快速控制绞车下放负载重物,从而避免意外误触操作对现场的作业人员造成安全隐患。
