The invention discloses an early warning method and system for thermal runaway of a power battery, a storage medium and electronic equipment. The early warning method comprises the following steps: preprocessing original real vehicle data to obtain charging stroke data; obtaining strong correlation characteristics between the charging stroke data and thermal runaway, aggregating the strong correlation characteristics, and inputting an aggregation result into a pre-trained grading early warning model; the strong correlation features comprise mechanism features, statistical features and frequency domain features; according to the method, multiple methods such as data preprocessing, feature aggregation, AI model prediction and big data support are combined, efficient and accurate fault early warning can be achieved, the safety of the new energy vehicle is improved, and the service life of the new energy vehicle is prolonged.

    本发明公开了动力电池热失控的预警方法及系统、存储介质、电子设备,其预警方法包括以下步骤:将原始实车数据通过预处理获得充电行程数据;获得充电行程数据与热失控之间的强相关特征,对强相关特征进行聚合,将聚合结果输入预训练好的分级预警模型中;所述强相关特征包括:机理特征、统计特征和频域特征;分级预警模型根据预设分级策略确定热失控的预警等级并执行预警,本发明结合了数据预处理、特征聚合、AI模型预测、大数据支持等多种方法,可以实现高效准确的故障预警,提高新能源车辆的安全性和使用寿命。
