The invention discloses a permanent magnet fault-tolerant vernier rim motor fault-tolerant control method based on non-dimensionality reduction decoupling, and the method comprises the steps: setting a six-phase permanent magnet fault-tolerant vernier rim propulsion motor to be in double-Y 30-degree distribution, and driving the motor through six independent H-bridge inverters, and performing fault-tolerant control on the motor by adopting a maximum torque control method under different fault conditions: when the motor has a one-phase open-circuit fault, a two-phase open-circuit fault and a one-phase short-circuit fault, performing fault-tolerant control by adopting a current vector compensation method, and a maximum torque control method is adopted to select partial reference current of the fault-free phase to compensate the reference current of the fault phase, and a current compensation equation is changed in different fault states. According to the method, the maximum output torque after the fault-tolerant control strategy is used is ensured, and when the motor has a multi-phase fault, the fault phase is compensated by using the healthy phase.

    本发明公开了一种基于非降维解耦的永磁容错游标轮缘电机容错控制方法,包括将六相永磁容错游标轮缘推进电机设定为双Y 30°分布,使用六个独立的H桥逆变器驱动该电机,在不同故障情况下采用最大转矩控制方法对该电机进行容错控制:当该电机发生一相开路故障、两相开路故障和一相短路故障时,采用电流矢量补偿方法进行容错控制,并采用最大转矩控制方法选取部分无故障相的参考电流对故障相的参考电流进行补偿,且在不同故障状态下改变电流补偿方程。该方法保证了使用该容错控制策略后输出转矩最大,在电机发生多相故障时,分别利用健康相对故障相进行补偿。
