The invention discloses a prefabricated hollow slab girder double-crane hoisting auxiliary balancing device and an operation method, the auxiliary balancing device is used for limiting and wrapping the end part of a hollow slab girder, and the auxiliary balancing device comprises a crane framework, a bottom support mechanism and a clamping and stabilizing mechanism. The crane framework comprises a T-shaped frame, a lifting lug set and a pull rod. The clamping and stabilizing mechanism buffers and limits the two sides of the hollow slab beam and comprises clamping assemblies symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the hollow slab beam. The bottom supporting mechanism comprises a translation assembly, a rotating assembly and brackets, the translation assembly drives the two brackets to move so as to adapt to the width of the hollow slab beam, and the rotating assembly rotates the brackets to enable the brackets to rotate downwards so as to be inserted into the bottom of the hollow slab beam for lifting. According to the auxiliary balancing device, the end of the hollow slab beam is limited and wrapped through the pull rod, the bottom supporting mechanism and the clamping and stabilizing mechanism, the situation that the hollow slab beam deviates and rotates greatly due to stress is avoided, and therefore the hoisting stability of the hollow slab beam is improved.

    本发明公开了一种预制空心板梁双机吊装辅助平衡装置及作业方法,该辅助平衡装置空心板梁端部进行限位包裹,其包括吊机架构、底托机构及夹紧稳定机构。吊机架构包括T型架、吊耳组及拉杆。夹紧稳定机构对空心板梁两侧进行缓冲限位,其包括对称设于空心板梁两侧的夹紧组件。底托机构包括平移组件、转动组件及托架,通过平移组件通过带动两组托架位移以适配空心板梁宽度,转动组件转动托架使其向下的转动,从而插入空心板梁底部进行托举。本发明的辅助平衡装置,通过拉杆、底托机构及夹紧稳定机构对空心板梁端部进行限位包裹,避免了空心板梁受力出现发生大幅度偏移转动的情况,从而增加空心板梁吊装的平稳性。
