The invention discloses a blade self-deflection hoisting auxiliary device which comprises a supporting frame, connecting frames are arranged on the two sides of the supporting frame, mounting bases are rotationally arranged on the connecting frames, clamping pieces are arranged on the mounting bases, the two clamping pieces are matched to be used for fixing the two ends of a blade, and driving mechanisms are further arranged on the connecting frames. The driving mechanism can drive the mounting frame to rotate so as to drive the blades to deflect to change the windward side. The blade is clamped through the two clamping pieces, and then the supporting frame and the blade can be hoisted together through a crane to achieve hoisting. And when the blades are influenced by crosswind, the mounting frame and the blades can be driven by the driving mechanism to rotate together, so that the contact area between the blades and the crosswind can be reduced by changing the windward side of the blades. Compared with the prior art, the windward side of the blade can be changed through the driving mechanism, so that the borne lateral force is reduced, and the hoisting stability is improved.

    本发明公开了一种叶片自偏转吊装辅助装置,包括支撑架,支撑架的两侧设置有连接架,连接架上转动设置有安装座,安装座上设置有夹持件,两个夹持件配合用于固定叶片的两端,连接架上还设置有驱动机构,驱动机构能够驱动安装架进行旋转,从而带动叶片偏转改变迎风面。通过两个夹持件实现对叶片的夹持,随后吊机可将支撑架、叶片一同吊起实现吊装。而在叶片受横风影响时,可通过驱动机构驱动安装架、叶片一同旋转,如此叶片可改变迎风面来降低与横风的接触面积。与现有技术相比,本发明通过驱动机构可改变叶片的迎风面,从而减小所承受的侧向力,使得吊装的稳定性得到提高。
