The invention provides a large cylinder structure turnover hoisting device which comprises an upper flange assembly and a lower flange assembly, the upper flange assembly and the lower flange assembly are connected to the two ends of a cylinder structure correspondingly, and the upper flange assembly comprises a connecting ring, a first traction module and a second traction module; the first traction module and the second traction module are each composed of two sets of sliding pieces. The connecting ring is connected with one end of the barrel structure. The lower flange assembly is connected with the end, away from the upper flange assembly, of the barrel structure; a connecting cable is arranged between the first traction module and the second traction module, one end of the connecting cable is connected to the first traction module, and the other end of the connecting cable penetrates through the guide assembly and then is connected to the second traction module; and in the traction process of the crane, the two groups of sliding pieces in the first traction module are far away from each other. According to the sliding piece provided by the invention, traction points can be uniformly distributed, and shaking of equipment caused by concentrated stress points is avoided.
本发明提供了一种大型筒结构翻身吊装装置,包括:上法兰组件和下法兰组件,上法兰组件和下法兰组件分别连接在筒结构两端,所述上法兰组件包括连接环、第一牵引模块和第二牵引模块,第一牵引模块和第二牵引模块分别由两组滑动件构成,连接环与筒结构一端连接;下法兰组件,所述下法兰组件与筒结构远离上法兰组件一端连接;导向组件,所述第一牵引模块和第二牵引模块之间设有连接缆绳,所述连接缆绳一端连接在第一牵引模块,另外一端在穿过导向组件后连接在第二牵引模块上;在起重机牵引过程中,所述第一牵引模块中两组滑动件相互远离。本发明所提供的滑动件能够让牵引点均匀分布,避免受力点集中造成设备自身的晃动。
