The invention discloses a self-adaptive braking system and method for an escalator. The system comprises a controller, a frequency converter and an escalator motor, the controller is provided with a detection calculation module and a deceleration preset module; the controller is electrically connected with the frequency converter and the escalator motor. The escalator motor is electrically connected with the frequency converter; the detection calculation module is connected with the deceleration preset module; the frequency converter is used for adjusting the speed of the escalator motor; the deceleration presetting module is used for setting an instantaneous deceleration expected curve of the escalator in the deceleration process and an expected braking torque of an escalator motor; the detection calculation module is used for calculating the real-time load torque of the escalator motor and the instantaneous deceleration change condition of the escalator at the corresponding moment under the working condition of deceleration and escalator stopping, and then the controller controls the frequency converter to adjust the output torque of the escalator motor according to the real-time change condition, so that the subsequent instantaneous deceleration of the escalator is matched with an instantaneous deceleration expected curve. The instantaneous deceleration of the escalator can be adjusted under the full-load condition and the no-load condition.

    本发明公开了一种扶梯自适应制动系统、方法。本发明的系统包括控制器、变频器、扶梯电机;控制器设有检测计算模块、减速预设模块;控制器分别与变频器、扶梯电机电性连接;扶梯电机与变频器电性连接;检测计算模块与减速预设模块连接;变频器用于对扶梯电机进行调速;减速预设模块用于设定扶梯在减速过程的瞬时减速度预期曲线、扶梯电机的预期制动力矩;检测计算模块用于在减速停梯的工况下,计算扶梯电机实时的负载力矩及扶梯对应时刻的瞬时减速度变化情况,然后控制器根据实时的变化情况控制变频器调整扶梯电机的输出力矩,使扶梯后续的瞬时减速度吻合瞬时减速度预期曲线。本发明能够在满载和空载两种情况下调整自动扶梯的瞬时减速度。
