The linear motion module is installed on the unloading truss through a connecting plate, a fixed pulley is installed at the lower end of the linear motion module, the linear motion module is fixedly connected with the assembled object 2 through a lifting rope, a turn buckle and a lifting bolt, when the clamping tool drives the assembled object 2 to move, a gear motor on the linear motion module rotates to drive the fixed pulley to actively follow, and the unloading efficiency is further improved. The microgravity test system for simulating the on-orbit assembly environment on the ground is suitable for simulating an on-orbit assembly test on the ground, is particularly suitable for an assembly task with a plurality of assembly objects, is easy and convenient to install, high in stability and good in universality, can be used for simulating the on-orbit assembly environment on the ground, and is suitable for popularization and application. And the influence of the ground gravity on the test is eliminated to the greatest extent.

    本发明提出了一种地面模拟在轨装配环境的微重力试验系统,卸载桁架上固定安装弹簧测力组件、滑轮吊挂组件、直线运动模组和横纵导轨。被装配对象一端固定在模拟墙上,另一端上方安装吊环螺钉和花篮螺栓,通过吊绳与弹簧测力组件连接,用于补偿被装配对象在装配过程中产生的派生力;滑轮吊挂组件下端通过吊绳、花篮螺栓和吊环螺钉固定连接装配对象1,每个滑轮吊挂组件上端与卸载桁架上的纵导轨连接,两两一组平行安装;直线运动模组通过连接板安装在卸载桁架上,下端安装定滑轮,通过吊绳、花篮螺栓和吊环螺钉与装配对象2固定连接,当夹持工具带动装配对象2移动时,直线运动模组上的减速电机旋转,带动定滑轮进行主动跟随,进一步提高卸载效率。本发明所述的一种地面模拟在轨装配环境的微重力试验系统,适用于地面模拟在轨装配测试,尤其适用于有多个装配对象的装配任务,安装简便、稳定性强并且通用性好,可用于地面模拟在轨装配环境,最大程度的消除地面重力对试验的影响。
