According to the deicing device, a rotating rod, a spring, a flexible sponge and a tooth plate are arranged, an operator can start a first motor to enable a rotating shaft to drive a first gear to rotate when deicing is carried out on wings of an airplane, and due to the fact that the outer surface of the first gear is meshed with the outer surface of a second gear, the second gear can rotate; then, a first gear and a second gear can drive a tooth plate to move rightwards, so that a round rod moves rightwards, the round rod extrudes and pushes the inner surface of a sliding groove, rotating rods rotate with a round shaft as the axis, the two rotating rods get close gradually, a flexible sponge can make contact with the outer surface of the wing, and the wing is protected from being damaged. And when the mechanical arm moves, the flexible sponge is driven to move, so that loose ice on the surface of the wing is pushed away and scraped off.
