The invention relates to the technical field of aircraft design, in particular to a fixed hinge type flap actuator mounting structure which comprises a swing device, one end of the swing device is connected with a wing back rest, the other end of the swing device is connected with a flap control surface, and the swing device is used for retracting and releasing the flap control surface; the method has the effect of solving the problem that the flexibility and lightweight design of the system are limited.
