The invention provides a suspension mechanism, a lifting device and a vehicle, and relates to the technical field of transmission equipment. The suspension mechanism comprises a supporting pipe, a movable rod, a connecting piece, a sleeve, a locking assembly and an unlocking piece. The movable rod is arranged in the supporting pipe and used for being connected with a driving assembly of the lifting device, and the connecting piece is arranged at one end of the movable rod. The locking assembly is arranged in the sleeve, at least part of the supporting pipe is arranged in the sleeve in a sliding mode, and the unlocking piece is arranged in the sleeve in a sliding mode and located between the locking assembly and the supporting pipe. The connecting piece is driven by the movable rod to be locked with the locking assembly in the sleeve, so that the cab and the lifting device are locked, and the cab can be prevented from being out of control and turning backwards during lifting; under the action of the movable rod, the unlocking piece abuts against the locking assembly, the locking assembly relieves limitation on the connecting piece, the cab can suspend up and down and move relative to the lifting device, and therefore the situation that when the cab suspends up and down, the lifting device is damaged due to stress is avoided.
