The invention discloses a battery replacing method of an electric automobile, the electric automobile comprises two longitudinal beams, a battery replacing system comprises a battery pack and a plurality of locking mechanisms, the plurality of locking mechanisms are arranged on the two longitudinal beams respectively, a groove is formed in the top of the battery pack, the groove is used for embedding the longitudinal beams, a plurality of locking pieces are arranged on the battery pack, and the locking pieces are used for locking the battery pack. The plurality of locking pieces are positioned in the groove; the battery replacing method comprises the following steps that the battery replacing equipment is controlled to move the battery pack to a battery replacing station below the longitudinal beam, so that a groove in the top of the battery pack is aligned with the longitudinal beam; the battery replacing equipment is controlled to lift the battery pack to a preset height, so that a locking piece on the battery pack enters a locking mechanism on the longitudinal beam, and a groove in the top of the battery pack is arranged on the longitudinal beam in a sleeving mode; and the locking piece and the locking mechanism are controlled to be locked in place. The gravity center of the battery pack is located below the longitudinal beams, the gravity center of the battery pack is effectively lowered, and the stability of the battery pack is improved; the structure is compact, and the space utilization rate is high, especially the space in the vertical direction.

    本发明公开了一种电动汽车的换电方法,电动汽车包括两个纵梁,换电系统包括电池包以及若干个锁止机构,若干个锁止机构分别设置于两个纵梁上,电池包的顶部具有凹槽,凹槽用于嵌设纵梁,电池包上设有若干个锁止件,若干个锁止件位于凹槽内;换电方法包括如下步骤:控制换电设备移动电池包至纵梁的下方的换电工位,使电池包顶部的凹槽与纵梁对准;控制换电设备举升电池包至预设高度,使电池包上的锁止件进入纵梁上的锁止机构内,并使电池包顶部的凹槽套设于纵梁;控制锁止件与锁止机构锁接到位。实现电池包的重心处于纵梁的下方,有效降低电池包的重心,增加电池包的稳定性;结构紧凑,空间利用率高,尤其是竖直方向上的空间。
