The invention discloses a congestion pre-control range division method based on local node importance, and the method comprises the following steps: firstly, determining a congestion early warning starting threshold value through congestion sample analysis; secondly, for a road section reaching an early warning threshold value, determining a congestion pre-control node set based on an adjacent matrix; then, in combination with a correlation coefficient of a traffic state associated road section, defining a local node importance degree evaluation index capable of representing a congested road section, and performing node importance degree evaluation by using an analytic hierarchy process; and finally, dividing importance levels of local nodes by using a K-Means + + Medoids clustering algorithm, and determining a grading pre-control range. According to the method, the potential congestion points are identified, the graded congestion pre-control range is searched, the road network operation efficiency is improved, the congestion control cost is reduced, and the method has high application value.

    本发明公开了一种基于局部节点重要度的拥堵预控范围划分方法,该方法包括如下步骤:首先通过拥堵样本分析,确定拥堵预警启动阈值;其次,对于达到预警阈值路段,基于邻接矩阵确定拥堵预控节点集合;然后,结合交通状态关联路段的相关性系数,定义能表征针对拥堵路段的局部节点重要度评价指标,利用层次分析法进行节点重要度评价;最后,利用K‑Means++Medoids聚类算法划分局部节点重要度等级,确定分级预控范围。本发明通过识别潜在堵点,寻找分级拥堵预控范围,提高路网运行效率,降低拥堵控制成本,有较高的应用价值。
