The invention discloses a monitoring method and system applied to a coal mine underground trackless rubber-tyred vehicle range extending system, and relates to the technical field of monitoring of the range extending system.The monitoring method comprises the steps that the running state of a trackless rubber-tyred vehicle on a transportation path is predicted according to coal mine underground environment information and trackless rubber-tyred vehicle information; the predicted driving state of the trackless rubber-tyred vehicle at a certain monitoring point is compared with the actual driving state of the trackless rubber-tyred vehicle to obtain the driving deviation of the monitoring point; determining a pure electric performance index of the monitoring point on the pure electric mode path based on the plurality of first reflection indexes and the driving deviation; determining a hybrid performance index of the monitoring point on the hybrid mode path based on the plurality of first reflection indexes, the plurality of second reflection indexes and the driving deviation; and integrating the pure electric performance index and the hybrid power performance index of each monitoring point to determine the overall performance index of the power mode. The monitoring adaptability and accuracy of the range extending system of the trackless rubber-tyred vehicle are ensured, and a stable foundation is laid for the transportation work of the trackless rubber-tyred vehicle in an underground coal mine.

    本发明公开了应用于煤矿井下无轨胶轮车增程系统的监控方法及系统,涉及增程系统的监控技术领域,包括依据煤矿井下环境信息和无轨胶轮车信息预测无轨胶轮车在运输路径上的行驶状态;通过比对某个监控点的无轨胶轮车预测行驶状态与无轨胶轮车实际行驶状态得到监控点的行驶偏差;基于多个第一反映指标和行驶偏差来确定纯电动模式路径上该监控点的纯电性能指标;基于多个第一反映指标、多个第二反映指标和行驶偏差来确定该混合动力模式路径上监控点的混动性能指标;整合每个监控点的纯电性能指标和混动性能指标确定动力模式整体性能指标。保证了无轨胶轮车增程系统监控的适应性和准确性,为无轨胶轮车在煤矿井下的运输工作打下了稳固基础。
