The invention relates to a semi-submersible floating type wind power foundation which comprises a plurality of independent floating bodies which are connected with one another to form a foundation floating body of a polygonal structure. A through opening used for connection is formed in the connecting position of every two adjacent floating bodies, and a welding area of each connecting position is located above the corresponding through opening. A plurality of stand columns are installed on the foundation floating body. According to the wind power foundation and the corresponding closure scheme thereof, the single floating body has enough buoyancy and stability, the resistance is small when the floating body floats on the water surface, and the floating body is easy to move and position; a plurality of floating bodies are arranged on the stand column, a through opening used for connection is formed in the connecting position of every two adjacent floating bodies, welding areas of the connecting positions are located above the through openings, it is ensured that the welding process is completed in a dry environment, the welding quality and precision are guaranteed, the floating bodies and the stand column do not need to be independently folded and then subjected to underwater operation in the water folding process, and the welding efficiency is improved. The folding process is simplified, the applicability is further improved, and the production cost is effectively controlled.
