The invention discloses an intelligent automobile emergency power supply starting method and a charging management system, and relates to the field of automobile power supplies, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the parameter information of a target automobile storage battery, and the parameter information comprises the storage battery electric quantity, the storage battery voltage and the storage battery current; inputting a first current to the target automobile storage battery; if the target automobile cannot be started within the preset first duration, inputting a second current to the storage battery of the target automobile; if the target automobile cannot be started within a preset second duration, inputting a third current into the storage battery of the target automobile; when the third current exceeds the preset current maximum value, if the target automobile still cannot be started, it is determined that the target automobile breaks down; if the target automobile is successfully started within a preset second duration, recording a second current and a discharge duration; and taking the second current and the discharge time as the optimal starting configuration of the target automobile. By implementing the method, the storage battery state can be intelligently monitored, the current can be dynamically adjusted, and the success rate of emergency start is improved while the service life of the storage battery is protected.
