The invention provides a method for mounting a guide pulley and a steel wire rope on a suspension arm, which comprises the following steps of: mounting a guide pulley yoke on a mounting seat by taking a connecting plate of the mounting seat as a reference, forming a whole with the mounting seat, and fixedly mounting the guide pulley yoke and the mounting seat on a support plane by taking a bottom plate of the mounting seat as a reference. Due to the fact that the bottom plate of the installation base and the connecting plate are coaxial and parallel to each other and are installed with the installation base as the installation reference, it can be ensured that the guide pulley yoke is arranged on the installation base in parallel, the plane of the support is parallel to the installation base, and then it is ensured that the guide pulley yoke is parallel to the plane of the support. Therefore, the situation that the inclination angle of the pulley installed on the guide pulley yoke is the same as the deflection angle of the guide pulley yoke due to inclination of the guide pulley yoke after installation is avoided, and the installation method is reliable and easy and convenient to operate.

    本发明提供一种吊臂上导向滑轮与钢丝绳的安装方法,先以安装座的连接板为基准,将导向滑轮架安装在安装座上,与安装座形成一体,然后以安装座的底板为基准,将导向滑轮架、安装座固定安装在支座平面上,由于安装座的底板与连接板是同轴且相互平行设置的,均已安装座为安装基准进行安装,便能够确保导向滑轮架是平行设置在安装座上的,而支座平面也是与安装座平行设置,进而确保导向滑轮架与支座平面是平行的,从而避免导向滑轮架安装后出现倾斜而无法确保安装在导向滑轮架的滑轮倾斜角度与导向滑轮架的偏斜角度是相同的,安装方法可靠且操作简单方便。
