The adsorption device comprises a first cylindrical shell, an upper cavity and a lower cavity are formed in the first cylindrical shell, a battery box is installed in the upper cavity, and a first electromagnet and a rubber pad are installed at the top and the bottom of the lower cavity correspondingly; six first sliding rods which are distributed in an annular array mode are installed between the top and the bottom of the lower cavity, an adsorption structure is arranged in the lower cavity, the adsorption structure is installed on the six first sliding rods in a sliding mode, each first sliding rod is sleeved with a second spring, and the second springs abut against the portion between the top of the lower cavity and the adsorption structure. According to the device, the multiple magnets are arranged to attract the checkered steel plate, the checkered steel plate can be moved by lifting and moving the device, the cylinders connected with the magnets can stretch out and draw back independently, and all the magnets can be attracted to the checkered steel plate when the uneven checkered steel plate is attracted in cooperation with rotation of the universal joints; therefore, the firmness of adsorbing the patterned steel plate by the device is ensured.
本发明公开了一种便于花钢板移动的吸附装置,包括第一圆柱壳体,所述第一圆柱壳体的内部设置有上下两个腔室,上腔室内安装有电池盒,下腔室的顶部和底部分别安装有第一电磁铁和橡胶垫,下腔室的顶部与底部之间安装有六个呈环形阵列分布的第一滑杆,下腔室内设置有吸附结构,吸附结构滑动安装在六个第一滑杆上,每个第一滑杆上均套有第二弹簧,第二弹簧抵在下腔室顶部与吸附结构之间。本发明的装置通过设置多个磁铁吸附花钢板,通过提起并移动装置即可对花钢板进行移动,且连接每个磁铁的圆柱均可以单独伸缩,再配合万向节的转动,可以在吸附凹凸不平的花钢板的时候,使所有的磁铁都能吸附到花钢板上,从而保证装置吸附花钢板的牢固性。
