The invention relates to a connecting device, a connecting method, an offshore foundation and an operation and maintenance platform. The connecting device comprises a mounting assembly and an embedded part, the embedded part is connected to the operation and maintenance platform through the mounting assembly, the operation and maintenance platform and the offshore foundation are connected in the mode that the embedded part is embedded in the offshore foundation, and the inner side face or the outer side face of the embedded part abuts against the offshore foundation to form counter-acting force so as to resist transverse loads generated by the wave action. The operation and maintenance platform can be stably connected with the offshore foundation, so that the efficiency and safety of operation and maintenance work are improved. Moreover, the at least two embedding pieces are movably connected with the translation mechanism, so that after the operation and maintenance platform is close to the offshore foundation, the distance between the two embedding pieces can be adjusted according to the size of the offshore foundation, such as the distance between adjacent stand columns, and the operation and maintenance platform is matched with the offshore foundations with multiple sizes and scales for operation and maintenance work; and at least two positions between the operation and maintenance platform and the offshore foundation are embedded, so that the operation and maintenance platform is effectively prevented from swinging and shaking under the action of waves.

    本发明涉及一种连接装置及连接方法、海上基础和运维平台。上述连接装置包括安装组件和嵌合件,通过安装组件将嵌合件连接至运维平台上,嵌合件嵌合于海上基础的方式连接运维平台和海上基础,通过嵌合件上的内侧面或外侧面抵接海上基础形成反作用力,以对抗波浪作用产生的横向载荷,使运维平台能够稳固地连接海上基础,以提高运维工作的效率和安全性。并且,至少两个嵌合件活动连接平移机构,能够在运维平台靠近海上基础后,根据海上基础的尺寸,例如相邻立柱的间距,调节两个嵌合件之间的距离,匹配多尺寸规模的海上基础以进行运维工作,使运维平台与海上基础之间至少有两处位置相嵌合,有效避免了运维平台受波浪作用时摆动晃动。
