The invention discloses a lower-layer steel rail independent unlocking method for steel rail transportation of a rail changing train. The method comprises the following steps that S1, interlayer steel rail locking systems are built on the rail changing train front and back at intervals; s2, after the turnable locking bolts are turned over to be in a vertical state through a rail crossing operation tool, a weight lifting auxiliary tool drives a lifting locking weight assembly to be pressed downwards to be completely in butt joint with the turnable locking bolts in the vertical state, and therefore the steel rails in the middle area of the first layer are locked; finally, the steel rails of the first layer of remaining side areas are manually locked through the independent rail locking units; and 3, the lifting locking weight assembly is driven by the weight lifting auxiliary tool to move upwards till the lifting locking weight assembly is completely separated from the turnover locking bolts, so that the steel rails in the middle area of the first layer are unlocked, and then the independent rail locking units in the remaining side area of the first layer are manually unloaded. The invention has the advantages of selective loading and unloading of steel rails at any position, improvement of rail unloading efficiency, meeting of field operation requirements, novel conception, sufficient operation space and the like.
本发明公开了一种用于换轨列车运输钢轨的下层钢轨独立解锁方法,包括以下步骤:步骤S1、在换轨列车上前后间隔搭建隔层钢轨锁定系统;步骤S2、通过跨轨操作工具将可翻转锁定螺栓翻转至竖直状态后,再通过压铁升降辅助工具带动升降锁定压铁组件下压至与竖直状态的可翻转锁定螺栓完全对接,从而锁定第一层中间区域的钢轨,最后通过独立锁轨单元人工锁定第一层剩余边侧区域的钢轨;步骤3、通过压铁升降辅助工具带动升降锁定压铁组件上移至完全脱离可翻转锁定螺栓,从而解锁定第一层中间区域的钢轨,再人工卸下第一层剩余边侧区域的独立锁轨单元,本发明具有任意位置钢轨选择装卸、提高卸轨效率、满足现场作业需求、构思新颖、操作空间足等优点。
