The invention discloses a drive-by-wire hydraulic braking system of a single-cavity master cylinder, a control method and a vehicle body arrangement structure. The drive-by-wire hydraulic braking system comprises a first module, a second module and a hydraulic connecting pipeline connected between the first module and the second module. The drive-by-wire hydraulic braking system of the single-cavity master cylinder is divided into two integrated modules, the two integrated modules are connected through a hydraulic connecting pipeline, and the two integrated modules are arranged independently. The pressure buildup cavity of the single-cavity brake master cylinder is connected with the cavity of the pedal simulator cylinder through the hydraulic connecting pipeline, connection and disconnection of the pressure buildup cavity of the single-cavity brake master cylinder and the brake loop are controlled through the electromagnetic valve system, generalization and modularization of the integrated brake boosting module are remarkably improved, and cost is reduced in a large-scale mode. The integrated module can be developed in a customized mode, and the pedal feeling target requirement of a vehicle model is met. And meanwhile, the NVH problem caused by volume occupation interference and weight cantilever installation of the integrated brake boosting module is solved.

    本发明公开了一种单腔主缸的线控液压制动系统、控制方法及车身布置结构,包括第一模块、第二模块和连接于第一模块与第二模块之间的液压连接管路。本发明将单腔主缸的线控液压制动系统分为两个集成模块,并通过液压连接管路将两个集成模块进行连接,两个集成模块相互独立设置。单腔制动主缸的建压腔通过液压连接管路与踏板模拟器缸的腔体连接,通过电磁阀系控制单腔制动主缸的建压腔与制动回路的通断,显著提升了集成式制动助力模块的通用化和模块化,规模化的降低了成本。集成模块可定制化开发,满足车型的踏板感目标需求。同时解决了集成式制动助力模块体积占位干涉及重量悬臂安装带来的NVH问题。
