The invention relates to the technical field of trolley manufacturing, and discloses a single-beam quay crane main trolley structure manufacturing process which comprises the following steps: production design of parts: the deformation amount of a main trolley frame during suspension is considered in the production design of the parts in advance, and the deformation amount needs to be applied and cut in a part state; machining allowance needs to be added to wheel holes in the two ends of the walking beam in the part production design stage; manufacturing a main trolley frame structure; a main trolley walking beam structure is manufactured; manufacturing a cab hanger of the lower structure of the main trolley; and manufacturing a middle group structure. As the whole frame structure of the trolley frame is too large and too soft, the trolley frame is manufactured by sub-components and groups, then the sub-components are manufactured in sequence, a dummy shaft tool is adopted for assembling and positioning, and finally the upper and lower components are integrally folded and machined, so that the levelness, straightness and perpendicularity of a walking beam and a steel wire rope structure are effectively controlled; unnecessary transportation, turning and reworking costs are reduced, the manufacturing cost is reduced, and the requirement for the machining capacity of machining equipment is lowered.
本发明涉及小车制造技术领域,公开了一种单梁岸桥主小车结构制造工艺,包括下列步骤:零件的生产设计:将主小车框架悬挂时的变形量提前考虑到零件的生产设计中去,变形量需在零件状态施放和切割完成,行走梁两端的轮孔需在零件生产设计阶段加放机加工余量;制作主小车框架结构;制作主小车行走梁结构;制作主小车下部结构司机室挂架;制作中组结构。本发明针对小车架整体框架结构偏大,结构偏软,采用分部件及小组制作,然后按顺序中组制作,采用假轴工装装配定位,最后上下部件整体合拢,机加工,有效控制了行走梁及钢丝绳结构的水平度、直线度、垂直度,减少了不必要的运输、翻身、返工成本,降低制造成本,降低对机加工设备的加工能力要求。
