The invention relates to a robot visitor welcome system and method based on elevator data, and the system comprises a video monitoring system which is used for obtaining a video stream in an elevator collected by a camera in real time, and carrying out the analysis and processing of the video stream to obtain the face data of elevator passengers; the visitor system is used for acquiring face data of the elevator taking personnel through the video monitoring system and identifying identity information of the elevator taking personnel according to the face data; and the welcome robot is used for obtaining identity information of the elevator taking personnel when the target floor of the elevator taking personnel is judged to be the floor where the welcome robot is located, and a corresponding welcome mode is adopted for the elevator taking personnel according to the obtained identity information. According to the guest greeting robot, the guest greeting robot greets the guest by combining the video monitoring system and the guest system, the guest greeting robot is not limited by hardware conditions of the guest greeting robot, and the guest greeting experience of the guest can be improved by adopting the corresponding guest greeting mode for the identity information of the guest.

    本发明涉及一种基于电梯数据的机器人访客迎宾系统及方法,系统包括:视频监控系统,视频监控系统用于实时获取摄像机采集的电梯内的视频流,分析处理得到乘梯人员的人脸数据;访客系统,访客系统用于通过视频监控系统获取乘梯人员的人脸数据,并根据人脸数据进行识别乘梯人员的身份信息;迎宾机器人,迎宾机器人用于当判断乘梯人员的目标楼层为迎宾机器人所在楼层时,则获取该乘梯人员的身份信息,根据获取的身份信息对乘梯人员采用对应的迎宾模式。迎宾机器人通过结合视频监控系统以及访客系统进行对访客进行迎宾,不再受限于迎宾机器人自身的硬件条件,通过可以对访客的身份信息采用对应的迎宾模式,可以提高访客的迎宾体验。
