The system utilizes the floating gas production platform to produce hydrogen, and the hydrogen-oxygen mixing ratio is accurately controlled through the flow control valve, so that efficient operation of the fuel cell is guaranteed. The energy storage station of the system has a wireless charging function, stable fitting in the charging process is guaranteed through infrared recognition and a lifting assembly, sundries are effectively prevented from entering a charging interface, and charging safety and long-term operation stability are guaranteed. The transmission energy consumption of hydrogen energy between the development end and the user end can be remarkably reduced, reliable energy support is provided for deep-sea mining, and the operation efficiency and safety are improved.
